We share your information with carriers and logistics partners necessary to fulfill your shipment, customs authorities and government agencies as required by law, payment processors for billing purposes, and technology service providers who assist our operations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. International Data Transfers

As a global logistics company, your shipment data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required by EU/UK GDPR.

5. Data Retention

We retain shipment records for 7 years to comply with US customs and tax regulations. Account information is retained for the life of your account plus 3 years. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time.

6. Your Rights
